この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「Eorzea Landmarks」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは、株式会社スクウェア・エニックス（以下「SQUARE ENIX」）とは無関係の、個人開発によるファンメイドツールです。本アプリはSQUARE ENIXの公認・承認・提携を受けたものではありません。 「FINAL FANTASY XIV」「エオルゼア」その他関連する名称・用語・著作物に関する権利は、SQUARE ENIXに帰属します。 (C) SQUARE ENIX CO., LTD. All Rights Reserved.
本アプリは、オンラインゲーム「FINAL FANTASY XIV」内の探検手帳スポット情報・エオルゼア時間・天候の確認を補助するための非公式の参考ツールです。本アプリが提供する情報の正確性・最新性・完全性について、開発者は保証しません。
本アプリは無料で提供されます。アプリ内課金・広告は一切ありません。設定画面には開発者への任意の支援を目的としたKo-fiへの外部リンクがありますが、本アプリの利用に支援は必要ありません。
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
・本アプリを逆コンパイル・逆アセンブル・リバースエンジニアリングする行為
・本アプリの内容を改変し、第三者に再配布する行為
・その他、法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
本アプリのご利用、ご利用の中断・終了等により利用者に生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。開発者は、利用者の利用環境（端末・OS・ネットワーク環境等）について一切関与せず、これに起因する不具合についても責任を負いません。
探検済みチェック・メモ等のデータは端末内にのみ保存されます。アプリの削除により、これらのデータは（事前にエクスポートしていない限り）復元できなくなります。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
開発者は、必要と判断した場合、利用者への事前の通知なく本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の本規約は、本アプリ内に表示した時点から効力を生じます。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "Eorzea Landmarks" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is an independently developed, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SQUARE ENIX CO., LTD. ("SQUARE ENIX"). The App has not received any official approval or partnership from SQUARE ENIX. All rights to "FINAL FANTASY XIV," "Eorzea," and other related names, terms, and copyrighted works belong to SQUARE ENIX. (C) SQUARE ENIX CO., LTD. All Rights Reserved.
The App is an unofficial reference tool that helps players check exploration landmark information, Eorzea Time, and weather within the online game "FINAL FANTASY XIV." The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the information provided by the App.
The App is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases or advertisements. The Settings screen includes an external link to Ko-fi for optional support to the developer, but such support is not required to use the App.
Users shall not engage in any of the following while using the App:
- Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the App
- Modifying and redistributing the App's content to third parties
- Any other conduct that violates applicable laws or public order and morals
The developer assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by users arising from the use, interruption, or termination of the App. The developer is not involved in, and assumes no responsibility for, issues arising from the user's usage environment (device, OS, network conditions, etc.).
Exploration check marks, memos, and other data are stored only on your device. Once the App is deleted, this data cannot be restored unless you exported it beforehand. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.
The developer may change these Terms at any time without prior notice to users, where deemed necessary. The revised Terms take effect once displayed within the App.
